We take pride in our facilities for disabled supporters and are fully committed to providing any requirements a disabled supporter may have. The Club also follows the Health and Safety Regulations guidelines alongside The Equality Act 2010 which legally protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society.
Birmingham City Football Club would encourage disabled supporters to bring a personal assistant when attending matches, in the event of any emergency evacuation arising.

Special Assistance Team On matchdays, we have a dedicated stewarding team who can help you before, during and after the match to find your way around Ewood Park with ease and have the best experience possible with us. The Special Assistance Team will be wearing jackets, with “HERE TO HELP” written on the back, along with their ID badge and lanyard. These stewards have completed a specialist course in helping supporters with disabilities and are on hand to help both home and away supporters.
Away Supporters There are 30 tickets available for wheelchair/scooter users which includes an assistant ticket.

Visiting supporters requiring accessible seating are advised that an allocation of wheelchair and carer tickets will be sent to the visiting club for advance sales via their own ticket office.
Ambulant disabled supporters who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs are advised to sit in the front two rows of the allocated blocks.
There is a commentary service for visually impaired supporters. Headsets are to be booked on a first come first served basis. These must be ordered in advance of the game by contacting Daniel Scott on 01204 673652 or email dscott@bwfc.co.uk. On matchday headsets will need to be collected from the designated steward.
Accessible car parking for visiting supporters is available from Car Park A at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. There are spaces available for blue badge holders on car park A (a valid blue badge must be shown to the car park steward before entry is permitted).
Parking spaces do not need to be pre-booked; however, spaces are sold on matchday on a first come, first served basis. Prices on Car Park A are as follows: cars £7, mini coaches: £12 and coaches £20.

We have made changes to the location of away supporters at St Mary's stadium this season, and as a result, our suggested route for visiting supporters to take from the city centre has changed.
Visiting supporters are advised to use Chapel Road and Melbourne Street as they approach the stadium.
The approach to St Mary's is accessible from all directions. The journey from outside the stadium to pitchside has no steps or ramps to negotiate.

Facilities For Wheelchair User Disabled Supporters
We accommodate home and away supporters who are wheelchair users (subject to availability) and these bays have ground level access and are mid-tier or pitch side. To allow easy access into the stadium, we also have high levels bays. Entry for wheelchair disabled supporters will be via the specified gates meaning supporters do not enter through the turnstiles.
